The Job 

Natural Touch is an Eco-friendly independent cleaning company that is looking to start expanding. We need great people to partner with to help us do this. 

Over the next 6 months we’ll be looking to double the size of our customer base and we require candidates that can clean to a high level and give our a world class level of customer service.

You’ll be expected to gain feedback and insight on what customers think through conversations with them, to help us improve our service offering to customers.

You will also be expected to give weekly feedback on your experience with us and ways we can do even better.

Maybe you’ve already got years of experience and would love the chance to share your ideas on how to be a great cleaning company and work somewhere your age and experience count and are rewarded.

Maybe you’re a parent now looking for hours that fit around your family; you may of never cleaned professionally before but can offer the perfect customer experience using your overflowing enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Once you’ve finished your initial period with us, you’ll be the customer facing contact point for Natural Touch. You’ll be expected to furnish customers with any information we request you to. 

Feedback any information from customers and generally act as the liaison between Natural Touch and our customers.

You will be responsible for providing a delightful customer experience on every clean you carry out.

We’ll support you to that end with a concise job sheet explaining what is required for each job and so that the physical cleaning you do is consistent over time. 

We’ll expect you to follow our cleaning system and take instruction from your supervisor.

General duties are as you’d expect for a domestic cleaning role.

Vacuuming, dusting, cobweb removal, polishing, toilet cleaning, mopping, ironing, bed changing etc.

Full training and ongoing instructions and support to ensure quality and consistency to create the success we all want.

Requirements

• You understand the need for great customer service
• Your personal standards are outstanding
• You’ve a methodical approach to working
• Your communication skills are razor sharp
• Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK
• You need to have your own transport & mobile phone
